How do I recover my data using the software on this site?

Should the results be to your satisfaction purchase the software either:

Directly from us (via the shopping cart) or

By using the "Buy Online" button in the program or

By going to the distributors website following the purchase procedure.

What is the difference in either buying directly from yourself or through the distributor of the software?

Buying directly from us:

Advantages

1. You have to option to also pay via a bank transfer (EFT) without exposing your credit card over the Internet.

3. Payment is made in SA Rand.

Disadvantages

1. 14% VAT will be added to the sale price.
2. The product key will only be emailed once payment has been confirmed in our bank account.
3. It may take a few hours for us to process your transaction especially after hours and holidays. Our office hours are 08H00 – 17H00 Monday to Friday.

Buying from the software distributor:

Advantages

1. No VAT is added as you are purchasing from an international supplier.
2. The product will be made available for download and the product key will be emailed shortly after your payment is made.

Disadvantages

1. Payment can only be made via international credit card, wire transfer or paypal.

What if the software does not recover all my data?
